2007

Now Dongguan Jieyu Machinery Co., Ltd. is established.

2010

Jieyu improved and introduced CNC full grinding screw process equipment, successfully applied CNC grinding process of screw, fully entered the era of CNC grinding forming process after heat treatment, greatly improved screw profile accuracy, and applied for two equipment patents: zl201320016388.5 zl201120372415.3.

2011

The company officially initiated the research and development of special materials for super wear-resistant, super corrosion-resistant and high-temperature screw and tube alloy, and successfully developed the complete process of production of new materials and equipment.

2013

The company has successfully developed JY series materials, which have high hardness and toughness, and overcome the defects of coarse grain (low strength) and soft hardness (easy to burst under high pressure) caused by high temperature casting.

2014

The trial production technology of screw material pipe of new material system has been finalized and entered the stage of subsequent product promotion. In this stage, the company independently solves the problems of machining, cutting and grinding of super wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. It laid a solid foundation for mass production of new material screw tube, and applied for two invention patents,patent No.: 201410253769.4 201210430623.1.

2015

The hip process screw and tube alloy materials were developed and named jy58 series and JY60 series tube alloy. Started to develop CNC material pipe processing machine, CNC vertical honing machine, CNC polishing machine, CNC 6-axis (servo) screw profile grinder.

2016

We have successfully developed the CNC material pipe processing machine, CNC vertical honing machine, CNC polishing machine, CNC 6-axis (servo) screw profile grinder. And applied for four patents: 2015104873355, 2016204954013, 2016204954028, 2016204954032.

2017

A new generation of screw ceramic materials JFA series, jn series, and a new generation of metal ceramic alloy tube are introduced. All members of Jieyu are determined to push high-quality products to the global market, and from then on to brilliant.

2018

The company has successfully developed a new generation of metal ceramic tube technology and applied for invention patent. And in Dongguan Chang'an to purchase workshop for Jieyu modern chemical plant.

2019

The company introduced mature production process to market and launched the finished products of cermet screw semi-finished products (JN58, jfa62), cermet alloy tube semi-finished products, finished products supply terminal customers and peers, marking the real mastery of core technology and based on the market.

2020

In the first half of the year, we will open up the domestic high-end application market of cermet screw and tube, thoroughly solve the problems caused by wear and corrosion, and in the second half of the year, we will establish an international sales channel to lay a solid foundation for the international market.
