The plasticizing device of injection molding machine is generally provided with an integral rotating mechanism. When assembling and disassembling the screw nozzle, screw and barrel of the injection molding machine, firstly loosen the positioning screw of the injection molding seat to make it deflect a certain angle from the original position, so that the axis of the injection molding seat barrel avoids the axis of the clamping device, so as to facilitate the disassembly and maintenance of the screw and barrel of the injection molding machine.
a. Disassembly of screw nozzle of injection molding machine
If there is residual material in the barrel, it shall be heated to the plasticizing temperature first, and polyolefin resin with high thermal stability or special cleaning material for barrel shall be used for full high-speed cleaning, and the residual molten material shall be discharged as far as possible before entering the disassembly work. Since the residual material at the nozzle cannot be discharged completely, the nozzle or barrel head shall be heated before disassembling the nozzle.
After the screw nozzle of the injection molding machine is heated up, use a special hammer to knock it loose. The bolt should not be loosened completely. When it is loosened to 2 / 3, tap it gently. After the internal gas is released, remove the nozzle.
The cleaning inside the screw nozzle of injection molding machine shall be carried out at high temperature while it is hot, so as to take out the residual molten material in the flow channel from the nozzle hole. The method is to inject mold release agent from the nozzle to the inside, that is, to drip mold release agent from one side of the nozzle thread to the material and the inner wall, so as to separate the material from the inner wall, and then take out the material from the nozzle.
b. Maintenance and repair of screw nozzle of injection molding machine: if the contact part of nozzle and mold locating sleeve has unilateral contact or poor contact in production, the front spherical r part will be deformed, forming a groove for melt escape, resulting in overflow at nozzle, and the caliber part will also be deformed, so the overflow should be checked and repaired in time.
c. Regularly check the integrity of the threaded part of the nozzle and the sealing surface on one side of the barrel. If serious wear or corrosion is found, replace it in time. (injection molding machine screw barrel)
d. Check the internal channel of screw nozzle of injection molding machine. The surface quality of the ejected strip can be observed by air injection, and the residual melt discharged from the nozzle can more accurately reproduce the flow channel condition in the nozzle. Thus, the residual amount and temperature distribution of the melt in the nozzle can be analyzed.
